Battle of the Ten Kings is one of my most ambitious works. It began as a simple extension of the Quest of the Golden Warrior series, but gradually expanded far beyond that original vision. As the piece developed, its harmonic language and orchestral scope grew more complex than in the earlier works, transforming it into something much larger in scale and character.
What emerged was a true tour de force of orchestration and harmonic development. Its themes became increasingly intricate, layered, and expansive, giving the music a sense of dramatic weight and momentum. In the end, Battle of the Ten Kings evolved into a work of almost epic proportions.
